Positive OPK today, when to start BD? desperately TTC!

Trying for 10 months. Travelling from 2nd August for a week and got positive OPK today (1st August). When do we start BD? How often? First baby.

You really should be BDing the week leading up to the positive OPK, but if you BD tonight and can get a session in before you leave tomorrow, you might still be okay.
