Progesterone cream and bad cramping anyone?

My husband and I have 3 wonderful children, and decided to ttc for out 4th a year ago. Found out 2 months ago i had a serious hormone imbalance. I Got blood work and life extension hooked me up with all natural supplements to help lower my estrogen and a couple other hormones. My progesterone was barely there at cycle day 21. So I was not ovulating by that day. So the most wonderful thing happened three days ago I ovulated. But now at 3 or 4 days past ovulation I have severe cramping on my right side where my ovaries are in my lower back and some in the middle of my lower stomach. Mostly on my right side and lower right side back. A couple months back me and my husband decided to stop TTC because it just seemed impossible. I feel almost a hundred percent better physically and mentally other than the cramping. I took Tylenol and and I'm still cramping. Anyone out there taking Progesterone cream or has used it in the past and had cramps? I don't want to stop the progesterone cream.
