3 kids under 3 - help!

I have a 27 month old and a 11 1/2 month old right now. This would give me a third child all under the age of 3. My oldest would be a month away from turning 3. The first two are 15 1/2 months apart. And the second and third would be 20 months apart. Has anyone else been in the same boat?! Tinything you can share!
