not sure where im at

hi, im either 10 dpo or was due on tomorrow.
had period on 26/06/2017, which was 10 days early, then had a light bleed on the 04/07.2017 that lasted less than 24 hours which was brownish colour.
I tested two days ago n got a big fat negative, im so scared to test again as im disheartened wen I see a negative.
when is the best time to test?
tomorrow or on the 01/08/2015
oh and cervix is low to medium high soft to touch, not sure if closed, but cervical mucous is white n sticky.
