Question

Are my HCG levels okay?

I took a home pregnancy test 12DPO and had a clear positive. The same day I went in for blood work. My progesterone was 92 and HCG was 42. Two days later (literally exactly 48 hours) at 14dpo I went in to repeat blood work. My progesterone came back at 112.5 and HCG came back at 74. I'm nervous because my HCG didn't double in the 48 hours. Is this ok? I have no pregnancy symptoms besides my stomach feeling like I've done 500 sit ups; tightness, soresness in stomach. I've read this can be from your uterus stretching preparing to carry. Thoughts?!

Hi, just curious how you were doing? Hope all is well and that your numbers are increasing. I had my first blood draw and was at a 42 -- I'll know on Thursday if my numbers have increased.

48 hours after the hcg of 74, it went up to 196. 72 hours later it was 781. No bloodwork since, 6 week u/s set up for next week. crossing my fingers all is good!

I'm crossing my fingers that your numbers keep increasing and you've got a sticky baby! I'm in the same boat with the waiting game. My betas were Tuesday at 936 and Thursday at 979. I will go tomorrow for another beta and an early ultrasound on Tuesday due to my history of miscarriage. I hope to hear that everything worked out for you! Good luck!
