20DPO, no period but creamy discharge

I'm 20DPO, i've tried taking test thrice, 2 negative(15dpo & 19dpo) , 1 is abit unclear(17/18dpo). So today, at 20DPO i had a very strong cramps like i feel my ovary is being pulled and i've been having creamy white discharge. Does anybody know what discharge it is? Whether its an early pregnancy symptoms or its just AF that's coming by?
