Can I be pregnant?

I have very irregular periods. Mc in may and one period june 25th. I believe I ovulated sometime between july 8- 12, cant be sure. FRER shoed faint lines last week. Dollar tree now startin to show very very faint lines for the past 4 days. The tests get a tiny bit more noticeable but not by much. I have symptoms including cm, nausea, headaches, cramping, no af. Maybe i ovulated later than expected....
