What do you start counting dpo from 1st day of ovulation or last

You only ovulate once. It's when the egg leaves the ovary which is called ovulation. You should count it, if you're using OPK's, from a day after your first positive OPK (the first positive is the only one that counts). Or use temping, which is more accurate, and will show you when there is a temperature dip. This dip shows when you have ovulated.
