Evap lines?

Hi ladies, do all tests have a visible line where the results should be? I took three tests and they all appeared to have a second line. I did take the tests apart (just needed some hope!) I'm two days late and have some symptoms, but not sure if I'm just seeing a standard line that's always there. I does seem to have color but I'm not sure if I'm playing tricks on myself. TIA!
