12 DPO bloating and minor lower abdominal pain?

Just found out I am pregnant. I've been having lower abdominal pain, today that feels somewhat like a bladder infection? Just a general tenderness, no stabbing or shooting pains and doesn't feel like cramps. Has anyone else suffered from this? I don't want to be that crazy person who sees the doctor for no reason, but better safe than sorry, I guess. Have any of you had this happen, and if so, what was it? Thanks so much. ????????

Hi, it could be a uti I had one in my last pregnancy and from what I was told by doctor if left for to long can bring on risk of mc and mine felt like what your describing, I'd go to the doctors to get it checked out like you say it's better to be safe than sorry x
