Sharp, painful pelvic cramps?

I'm currently 11dpo and today and on 7dpo, I experienced really sharp pelvic pains, like a pulling which hurt to even move. I was concerned it could be an eptopic or a cyst but it's now happened on both sides, more left than right though. Has anyone else ever had this? Doesn't feel like it's in my uterus, it's my pelvic area?
