I've been doing the Opk and gotten positive for 4 days straight , what to know what does that mean ?

the LH surge started on Monday the 17th and hasn't been negative since , my calculated date for ovulation was that Monday also

I am in the same boat as you! Except my cycles are very irregular and according to the ovulation calculators I would have ovulated a week ago and I took a test Monday and has been positive ever since!

You only count the very first positive that you got. The rest don't mean anything. After the first actual positive, where the lines are the same darkness, then you will ovulate within 48 hours.
