What's going on with my body?

You may have seen my other post warning about using Superdrug tests... I did 4 before my period and all were faint but very much there positives.

Update - my period came half way through Sunday. Wasn't heavy but was sore and definitely period like. Monday it was my usual heavy bleed I'd expect. Tuesday- nothing. And it's stopped ever since Tuesday morning. 2 day bleed? Never happens. I usually have spotting before my period too and didn't have any of that either. And spotting just after but it's just stopped.

So took a digital last night to make sure it wasn't still there and got a not pregnant result (my period came on time on Sunday and if I were still bleeding I'd not even think anything was up)

I have an odd sensation in my lower left abdomen. Almost a tugging feeling? That goes down my leg like a growing pain (does that make sense?)

So... eager for opinions... should I bother calling doctor or Not?
