Will taking Vitex increase my chances if I have regular period and ovulate every month?

I am 25 and have been trying for a year. Willing to try anything at this point!

I have had a couple doctors appointments but the process is so long. They want me to do blood work on the 3rd day of my next cycle.

A lot of women have had positive results using Vitex and it's been proven to regulate periods. I guess it just depends on what's wrong. I would buy some, definitely. It could do you a lot of good, but make sure you still go to the doctors.
