I started about 3 days late..

And today is the second day of my period and normally it's in full force by now and I only am bleeding when I pee or wipe, barely anything is on my panty liner (normally I would be wearing a tampom by now) just second day of bleeding and already looks like it's coming to an end I normally last for 5 days at a pretty heavy flow, anyone have suggestions?
