6dpp today, feelings cramps, sensitive nipples, mood swings can it be an early sign of pregnancy?

I'm TTC for last 3 months. I had irregular period before and have thyroid. I'm also on medication for last 5 months. Now my thyroid level has come down and it's normal. Also I'm on metformin for last 4 months. Today is my 6dpo and I'm feeling period cramps, like something is pushing from inside and mood swings. Also I've sensitive nipples, increased appetite. My period is due on 27th July. Wanted to check if at all it is an early sign of pregnancy? Thanks in advance.
