Does anyone have Lupus anticoagulants and antiphospholipid antibodies?

I had repeated early losses and after tons of tests my results came back with Lupus anticoagulant with low S protein my ob did not know what it was he had to google it (let me tell you that is NOT inspiring to have your doc pull out the cell and google to explain a diagnosis) I was able to have my son although early he was healthy! I had to have daily injections while pregnant...now I am older and have had more losses but unless I make it past 8 weeks they won't even see me(and just a note there are very few High risk obs here and only one worth going to other wise it's a 3 hour drive).
I am just wondering if anyone has experience with this and how you are handling it! Thank you and sticky baby dust to all
