Ovulation help, please? :)

I decided not to track or try this month so I don't know my projected ovulation date. I have 31/33 day cycles and bleed about 4/5 days. I don't really cramp much before my period or during and have an overall easy period. Well, it's now cycle day 36 and I've been having awful cramps, intense lower back pain, and painful sciatica which I started experiencing at 6 weeks in my first pregnancy and haven't had it since. Is it possible I ovulated late and just haven't been able to get a BFP yet? My cycle started the 8th, if I had a 31 day cycle it'd be due the 8th or due the 10th with a 33 day cycle. Help me :(
