Period is 4 days late. Any advice?

I know I should take a pregnancy test but I get home after all the shops are closed. I had sex using withdrawal around the time of ovulation. We don't ever use condoms are we don't like them. I have let my fiancé finish in me a couple of times after ovulation/the last 3 days leading up to my period. When it was my ovulation time, I had a bad cold and ended up being sick and taking medicine for over a week. Basically, unless some precum contained sperm or I got pregnant in the last week, there is no other way I could be pregnant.

I don't have any distinct symptoms. I have an occasional pain in my one ovary and some gas but that's it.

I have had some work stress (started a new job about two months ago and have colleagues who tried getting me fired as I almost got promoted already) so it has taken a bit of a toll on me in the past week.

Any ideas what could be going on?

I will take a test as soon as I can.
