What's going on?

So Sunday I took 2 FRER and both came out with faint positives. I even had symptoms such as Sore tender breast. MIssed period. Nausea. Then Tuesday evening I start having these horrible stomach cramps and start bleeding. The only time it's heavy is when I go to wipe and when I use the bathroom there are blood clots in it. I have never experienced anything like this...... Can someone please help me?
