i took the pregnancy test with afternoon urine (after breakfast) does it affect the reading?

i took the pregnancy test with afternoon urine (after breakfast) and it was positive, does it affect the reading of the test?
Does it have to be morning urine on an empty stomach?
im 3 days late but I'm getting period cramps and i feel very bloated

uhh it's possible. They say to take it first pee. Only because there's nothing contaminating the pee. Any caffeines can effect the test. (so I've heard)

U can use any urine of the day, it's the concentration of the urine that matters. A positive is a positive, it doesn't matter if u took it with afternoon urine.
Caffeine ,itself, doesn't affect the test. It can cause u to urinate more frequently, which decreases the amount of time u hold it for, thus decreasing the concentration of pregnancy hormone in that urine. The actual caffeine doesn't affect the hormone tho. U don't need to test on an empty stomach either.
Give ur dr a call and they'll let u know when they wanna start seeing u.
