Fibroids and pregnancy

Inrcently found out that I am pregnant!!!!! But today I had an ultra sound and they told me I may have a small fibroid... it is far away from growing baby and the doctor was very reassuring that this would have little to no impact on the pregnancy. The only thing that concerned her was the location of the fibroid for when I deliver.... it is somewhat in the way of my cervix and that worst thing would be I'd have to have a c section.... I guess I'm just wondering if any of you ladies have experience with fibroids and pregnancy?
