My RE always triggered once at least 1 follicle is over 18mm. Those all sound promising! I always had at least 2 but one time I had 6 mature follicles and they made me sign a waiver before doing the IUI basically saying they talked to me about selective reduction and weren't liable if I ended up with sextuplets lol. It didn't work but it sure was scary to think about!
