Progesterone suppositories? Has anyone ever experienced GI upset?

This is my 2nd IUI cycle. And both times a few days after ovulation and a few days after i start endometrin i start having GI upset. bubble guts, gas and mild diarrhea maybe twice to 3 times a day. It makes me concerned because i feel as though this cycle is a bust too since my symptoms are almost the same as last cycle. :(
Next month we are taking off because i am not sure emotionally i can go directly into another cycle.
Has anyone had this after starting a suppository or ever have diarrhea after ovulation and still been pregnant??
