Is it possible to implant at 13 dpo? I had brown spotting and bearly pink cm discharge.

Im 14 dpo neg preganncy test yesterday 13 dpo had brown and pink discharge not enough to use a pad just 1 liner, it lasted 1 day. My breast hurt so bad to the touch, I have bad headaches that come and go, and a fluttering tummy. could it be pregnancy related or af?
