am i in risk of pregnancy?

i've been on birth control for about a year now. i missed it a whole week, and he accidentally came in me...
it fit right in the ovulation and menstrual fertility cycle.

also, i have quite a few symptoms, like nausea mainly, fartigue, and irritability. (don't know if i spelled that correctly)
im 9 dpo so it's still to early for an at home test.
