Pregnant while breastfeeding?!

My #2 is 11months old and I am just trying to wrap up breastfeeding now (1 feed per day). We haven't used any protection for 3 months and I haven't had a period yet after having my DS. A day before yesterday I had very light pink spotting (only wiping, only once) but have had cramping since then but no AF. Just wondering if there are any women here who have gotten pregnant while breastfeeding and without having their period? #3 would be very loved and wanted :)
