This is messing with my head.

i have a 28-30 day cycle. Temps rose like they should and ended at 97.7. It has stayed that way for most of my luteal phase. It ranges between 97.72 and 97.78. One day it went down to 97.6 and back up. Now today I am on 13dpo and my temp has gone up to 97.79. I should have been starting to lower a couple of days ago. I am on day 30. Not really had any symptoms. Only on and off. Cramps (when I do have them they feel localized if that makes sense) pokes and pinches. But that could be all in my head. So I feel like I should test when I get home today. Does anyone have insight or experience this at all?This is blowing my mind lol.
