If you have more than 1 day of positive opks when do you start counting dpos?
jut out of curiosity when would you say is 1dpo the day after the first positive opk of the day after the last positive opk....

It's the surge that youbare looking for, so it's the first positive that you count (they say you should stop testing after you get a positive so you don't confuse yourself ad how long it stays positive is irrelevant after the surge). after the surge, you generally ovulate 12-72 hours later. I found that I would get a positive mid afternoon and then O the next morning, so for me it went , positive OPK, O the next day, then the next day was 1dpo.

I agree with the other responses. My dr told me to start testing day 5 of my cycle until I get the first positive result. Then in 12-48 hours know I wil ovulate. I always start counting dpo the day after my positive result. These are always speculation because we are unable to pin point exactly. Basal temping can help you see the day of ovulation with a temp dip and then rise. There are many pieces to this confusing puzzle. Good luck!
