Who/what is inside of my stomach?!

Since 5DPO I have been having crazy pulling/tugging/flutter sensations in my abdomen. It feels like a baby is in there already! Obviously that is not what I am feeling but is this a possible sign of pregnancy? Other symptoms include stiff neck 1dpo-3dpo, dizzy spells, strong cramping for two hours overnight 8dpo, unusual acne that doesn't normally happen until AF, and sensitive nipples. I hate the TWW! TIA!

I am not sure what it is, but I sometimes get like a fluttering feeling too.

At 5dpo if fertilisation had occurred, implantation has not, so at 5dpo you aren't even pregnant yet. Absolutely zero chance of it being a baby at this stage sorry!!! Good luck with testing.

Thanks. I know it isn't a baby that I am feeling. I'm just saying that I'm having weird tinged and and flutters and wondering if they are dpo symptoms that lead to pregnancy.

When I was pregnant with my daughter I felt lots of little pulls and tugs very very early. It definitely felt like something was going on in there! I did IVF and the embryo gets transferred at 5dpo and I had those little pulls and tingles just about right away. Good luck!
