Question

Ovulation

Feeling abit bummed at the moment, with the clear blue purple digital ovulation kits it's advised to use your fmu until a flashing face appears and then you can test at any time of the day, I did this and this morning I got a solid flashing face, I went out and got the pink digital one that identifies a two day window instead of around 4 days and got a O..
did I get a false positive reading for high and peak fertility or was it a short burst?

I'm currently on CD 12

I'm feeling really confused :(

It depends on how long your cycles are. For example mine are 25 days, I start testing opk cd 5, I usually get a positive on cd11-12 assuming I ovulate that day or next. You could have had your surge already. Also I read somewhere that it's better to do OPK testing later in the day... if you didn't get the sticky bean this time, try testing earlier. I used to make that mistake when I first started ttc and would test on my peek day and be so confused. . I thought I would o cd14 like most people but it's a few days earlier. Good luck!
