Question

Could I be pregnant even tho I got negative

Af is due today and instead of my period I've been having clear watery discharge so I read online that means pregnancy and I took a test and it said negative, could I still be pregnant even if it said negative, also it was a cheap $1 test

Yes, it is possible to be pregnant and get negative HPT results. If the hcg hasn't built up enough in your body yet, it would not register on the HPT. The "early result" tests start measuring hcg around 14 units. Regular tests usually don't start registering until hcg is between 20 & sometimes 50 units. You can Google the brand of test and see when it starts registering hcg. I think the dollar store cheapies are 20 units, but don't quote me.

If AF doesn't arrive in a few days- test again and see if it changes.
