Is it too late to be ovulating? (Cd:34 out of a typical 31 days cycle)

Cycle day 34 (af is a day late). Positive opks the last 3 days. neg hpt. Is it possibly ovulation this late? I know you can get a surge before af but 3 days in row? not sure if I failed to ovulated (I got pos opks earlier this cycle but also had surgery around the time) so I'm wondering if it's possible my body is gearing up again? Or is it too late since I'm late for my period already? I'm so confused. I just want the cycle to be over or be pregnant lol
