I took vitex by itself to get my cycles back to normal. After being on fertility meds my cycles went from 32-33 days to a 26 day cycle. I stopped all meds and started taking vitex. Cycles started lengthening. My progesterone on a non medicated cycle once was 6.o. aftertaking vitex 2 months I had it retested and it was 9.7. I really think the vitex helps increase natural progesterone production. I didn't get pregnant right off the bat, but fast forward 8 or so months, and trying for.3 years with every fertility measure and medication, I'm finally pregnant with no medical intervention.

With my first pregnancy I starting using "Conceiveasy" which you have to order from the States and ships to Canada (providing that is where you live) for around $120 and you also get 10 Ovulation Tests and 10 Pregnancy Tests or 20 of either or, plus a therometer to track temps. I started taking it April 2015 and got pregnant July 2015 and gave birth to a healthy BG in March 2016. I started taking the pills again this month to start trying for our second.
