Help conceiving any tips or advice
We have been trying for 4months with no luck but I just realised we were using petroleum jelly as a lubricant and now I've bought boots own brand one does anyone know if this will make a difference I thought I was pregnant 11days late af has got me so I want to be well prepared for this month any tips help or advice is much appreciated I'm taking zinc and folic acid 5mg don't drink or smoke limiting caffeine too

Have you tried preseed? It is a bit expensive but I used it last cycle and got pregnant after my march miscarriage. It could have just been a coincidence, but it has really good reviews. I was also taking a boat load of other supplements for almost three months prior though too. Good luck!
