Bad ovulation pain or ruptured cyst on day of pos opk??

So I got my pos opk about three days ago every thing was fine BD twice. Alil crampy but not too much ..then later that night I had the most sharp pain in my right side then what felt like a cyst rupture I was sore for the last 2 days .. Could that be just a cyst or just a big follicle doing the O .. I'm not sure I really don't remember O hurting this bad .. Anyone else experience this?
