Could I be pregnant?

Hey everyone! My husband and I are not TTC right now, but if we end up pregnant are just fine with that too. He was on nights all this last month and I thought for sure I was out of the game, but my usual 30-32 day cycle is currently at Day 37! I don't remember even having my usual ovulation discharge this last month. My only symptoms are cramps, left nipple pain, and I felt very sick when I had a drink a few days ago. I have had no spotting or bleeding except for one tiny drop of pink last week. This morning I took a test and the positive line is BARELY there, I think I'm losing my mind. Could I possibly be pregnant?
