What in the world!?!?

What is going on??!?!!!! Here are the facts:

Last period was April 23-28.
My cycles are irregular; avg 38 days.
Had lots of fun with husband during 2 weeks after period.
Had light spotting when wiping a couple of times on May 18 and 19; thought period would start that day or on May 31st (according to my period app) but did not start.
Low grade fever (99.0) from June 3rd to June 6th.
Took HPT June 5th, negative.
Frequent urination started Tuesday.
Spotting ( when wiping) today June 8th with light cramps.

To say I am confused is an understatement. I have an appointment with my doctor next Tuesday. I know there is a possibility I could be pregnant, which would be awesome. Has anyone had similar circumstances and turned out pregnant?
