Question

Do I need to call my Doctor after chemical?

Had three bfp with frer and bfp with fr digital. I wasn't feeling good about it because the lines were so faint for dpo. I was correct because I started heavy bleeding yesterday. I know most mc are caused by chromosomal abnormalities. I had a mc at 12 weeks in February. Cause was determined trisomy 18. My ob reassured me that I would have a healthy baby, to keep trying. Now with this chemical, I'm scared. I'm 39 years old
Is it possible that I don't have any good eggs left? Should I call doc and discuss or continue trying and hope for the best?

Not all miscarriages are chromosomal, just the most common. To my understanding, if it's a chemical, meaning less than 5 weeks along. It could be chromosomal, but more often the egg just didn't attach properly. I also had a miscarriage at 12 weeks in February

If you started to bleed in the 6th week, you probably should talk to your dr. He may want to do a blood test or even a scan to confirm that it is a complete misscarriage. Sorry, I know it is horrrible, and going for a scan can be very hard, but it is better so that you avoid other complications.
