Late!

So I'm 3 days late took a test at 2 days late and was negative(was in a rush and didn't really need a pee).. but I have been reading up and I have been quite ill and apparently that's a sign of early conception? And I'm never I'll. Been vomiting feeling tired but can't sleep ,you name it I had it .my face is recently has been quite hit which isn't normal for me. Any advise would help!
