Hi ya Hun,

From my experience the cramps came about same time as when AF was due, it was approximately in the lower abdomen area and wasn't as intense, lasted for a day or two and had a tiny brown spotting... but with other pregnancies didn't have it at all.. however from research online it's normal to have mild cramps ... shouldn't increase in intensity ... if so please contact your medical practitioner

Hope this helps... : )
