Cd & dpo
Hello, im on cd28 and my flo app says that I am 4dpo. My periods are very irregular, sometimes it comes every 28 days or 38 days, sometimes more. I took a test today and it came out negative. My last af had started on May 5th and ended on may 10th. If I go by a 28 cd then I will be getting Af tomorrow. Im very confused and overwhelmed.we have been ttc since September 1st. My bottom insisure teeth hurt alot, the last time I had teeth pain was when I was pg with my dd. Im so dizzy and light headed and my head hurts so bad. Any advice will be so much appreciated. Thank you!

Apps usually don't work well if you have irregular cycles. You wouldn't be able to get a positive test at 4dpo anyways. I would suggest waiting a week and seeing if you start your period. If not, take another test. If you are trying to get pregnant and don't have PCOS, try using ovulation testing kits, which can tell you when you are releasing an egg and make it a little easier to plan when to do the baby dance. It will also let you know better how many dpo you are for testing. Good luck!
