Could I be pregnant?

So, my SO and myself went out of town the week before I was due to start my period. I track my period with the Glow app. and its pretty accurate for the most part (give or take a day or 2). According to it I ovulated 5 days earlier. The following week my period didn't show up. Today I am 10 days late. I'm never late. I called my doctor but she cant get me in until June 16. What do you all think? Should I buy another test or should I wait a little longer? I hope this all makes sense.
