how long after intercourse can a blood test detect pregnancy ?
So I know that blood test can detect pregnancy faster then urine test. Just wasn't sure how soon.
I see a lot of women on here saying they got a positive urine test at 4,5 , 6dpo and I really don't get it because I've researched and seen lots of things saying that's literally impossible .
So my question. How long after intercourse can blood test detect pregnancy? And how many days after can urine test detect? Even with first response 6 days sooner .
What's the absolute soonest. ?

4, 5 and 6dpo for urine is impossible, those ppl are off on their O date. The earliest a blast is capable of implanting is 6dpo, so IF u implanted on this date, ur blood would have trace amounts by 7dpo and urine tests can be positive as early as 8dpo, but u need a very sensitive test for that...more sensitive than frer. I've had 2 pregnancies picked up that early, OSOM (black dye) can do it, altho u spend the entire day wondering if ur seeing things lol! Hope that helps.
