Pregnancy vs false signs

So my boyfriend and I had sex for our first 4 weeks ago while I was on my period. I believe it was the 3rd or 4th day on my cycle. On the day I was suppose to end I bled a little longer than my normal cycle which is about 5 to 6 days. My discharge lasts for a couple of days whebn this time it was 4 days. My body is known to feel nausea at times and my breast are also known to hurt (on the side, underneath) I am aware of my mood swings and such. Basically every sign of early pregnancy I had before I had sex. The only symptom I don't have is food aversion and swelling of the breast. We also used protection and he is... Well rather long.. And Idk if that has to do with the cramps or what.
