These cramps! Help!?

Monday I my first faint positive after trying for months. However the last few days I've been getting AF cramps terribly! I'm not bleeding at all but I take a test every morning and the line is still faint. I'm just nervous for any abnormalities since I don't have an appt until June 16th when I'm 7 wks. If it is normal, what can I take to lessen the pain? It's not constant 24hrs but it randonly happens throughout the day and seems to worsen when I lay down on my back.
