Low, soft CP and spotting but no AF?

My temps have been nice and high since O (11DPO today). I have a shorter LP (10-12 days). Yesterday I had some spotting but CP was med and firm. Today CP was low, soft, open, but ZERO change in temp.
Usually, my Cervix drops 3-4 days before AF with spotting one day before, and temps drop 2 days before AF.
I've also had a lot of pg symptoms (frequent bathroom trips, nausea, increased apatite and sex drive)
What is going on?!
