7 days late

I am now 7 days late, I took a test this morning & negative :( I feel like I'm pregnant, I'm crampy &, moody my breasts hurt & the other day I slept for 18 hours straight. Is there any chance I could still be pregnant? I got off the IUD March 6th & had 2 cycles like the dr recommended, I just wanna be pregnant already & it's so disappointing seeing that one evil line :(

I also had a brownish pink spotting too, it wasn't much but the next day it was more brown discharge sorry tmi
