Any similar situations??

I visited my midwife on the 10th may at 36 weeks and she measured me at 38 weeks and said the head was 3/5 into my pelvis I am now 38+3 having back ache and feeling intense pressure low down and when I go to the loo it feels like I'm going to explode from the presssure I have also had the awful nausea and vomiting make a return.
Just wondering if anyone else has experienced this and how long before baby was born.
