8Dpo, woke up to watery cm..

Woke up to watery cm in 8dpo, felt like baby oil an water mix between my legs "Sorry TMI" but thats what it felt like.. im extremely thirst few times threw out the day, breast a little tender.. not sure what it means hoping for BFP.. didnt have this with my first child..
